THE FUNERAL INSURANCE POLICY HOLDER OWNS THIS FUNERAL INSURANCE POLICY AND IS THE ONLY PERSON ENTITLED TO RECEIVE PAYMENT OF THE BENEFITS / CLAIMS TO PAY FOR THE FUNERALS OF THE INSURED PERSONS. TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS IN OUR POLICY SCHEDULE APPLY. IN BRIEF, THIS POLICY IS SUBJECT TO (i) A TWO (2) MONTHS WAITING PERIOD BEFORE YOU QUALIFY TO CLAIM BENEFITS FOR NEW POLICIES (ii) NO WAITING PERIOD FOR CLIENTS MOVING FROM OTHER INSURERS PROVIDED THEIR MONTHLY PREMIUMS ARE UP TO DATE (III) DEFAULTING CLIENTS WILL HAVE A TWO (2) MONTHS WAITING PERIOD. FULL RRA FINANCIAL SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER OUR CASH FUNERAL INSURANCE POLICY CONTRACT APPLY.
ALL OUR POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS SET OUT IN EACH INDIVIDUAL POLICY AGREEMENT. ALL POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO A ONCE-OFF ADMINISTRATION FEE PAYABLE AT INCEPTION AND POLICIES ARE ONLY ACTIVATED AFTER THE FIRST MONTH'S PREMIUM PLUS ADMIN FEE HAS BEEN PAID. ALL OUR POLICIES COVER ONE (1) POLICY HOLDER PLUS NINE (9) ADDITIONAL MEMBERS. WHEN ANYONE OF THE ADDED ADDITIONAL MEMBERS IS OUTSIDE THE AGE GROUP OF THE POLICY HOLDER, APPROPRIATE ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE ADDED TO THE STANDARD MONTHLY PREMIUM AS FOLLOWS: R30 PER MEMBER FOR AGES BETWEEN 65-74 AND R45 PER MEMBER FOR AGES BETWEEN 75-150. ALL POLICIES MUST HAVE A BENEFICIARY AND A POLICY HOLDER CANNOT BE A BENEFICIARY OF THEIR OWN POLICY AND AS SUCH, A POLICY HOLDER MUST PROVIDE A BENEFICIARY FOR THEIR POLICY. OUR POLICIES CANNOT BE CEDED AND THE BENEFICIARY WILL ONLY CLAIM BENEFITS AS PER A SPECIFIC POLICY ONCE THE POLICY OWNER HAS PASSED ON.
(1) Certified Copy of the South African Identity Document of All Members. (2) A passport number will only be accepted if the person completing the form is not a South African Citizen. (3) Race must always be indicated regardless of whether the person completing the form is a South African Citizen. (4) Any change to the information provided in this form must be reported to the RRA Financial Services, in writing, within 15 days after the change has taken place and if reported in time, such changes will be effected in the policy / cover details accordingly within the very month.
